We offer the following shipping options:
Standard (3-5 business days) - Complimentary
Overnight (next business day, if ordered before noon) - $30
Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our warehouse. For Overnight orders, we process your order on the same day if ordered before noon local time. All other orders will be processed and shipped by the following business day (pending credit verification). Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once the package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. The Hark+Hammer offices will be closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
Where We Ship
We currently only ship within the USA. Additional countries coming soon. We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders.
Hark + Hammer offers free returns for items in new un-worn condition with tags attached within 14 days of your receipt of shipment with the exception of final sale items, which are final sale. We do not offer returns on any accessories. We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original items for a full refund and place a new order. To complete a return please follow the steps below.
- Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, explaining your reason for return or exchange. Once your return or exchange has been approved we will send you a return label via email.
- Print out the return label and repackage your merchandise with all original packaging and tags.
- Please drop the package off at the nearest USPS location.
- Within 2-3 days of our receipt of your return, you will receive an email that your return is being processed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the bank to post the refund to your account.
Merchandise must be in new un-worn condition with tags attached.
Gift Return Policy
We are happy to make return arrangements for any item received as a gift. We will issue an e-gift card, which will be sent to you via email. The e-gift card will not expire. Extended Holiday Shipping/Return Policy
We are happy to extend our regular 14 day return period during our holiday season. For gift orders placed on or after November 1st we will honor all returns postmarked to us by January 8th. To ensure that you received your order on time during a busy shipping season, all orders should be received by December 17, 2021 for guaranteed delivery by December 24, 2021.
